Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking about my playing lately, and I wanted to get some opinions from all of you, since you're such a talented group of musicians. I don’t have any clips to share right now, but I’ll do my best to describe what’s going on.
First off, my sound is... well, let’s just say it’s hard to imagine it being any better. Honestly, it’s in a pretty great place. My technique is right there with it—clean, precise, and everything feels so natural. A few words that come to mind when I think about my playing: smooth, refined, consistent, unique, and honestly, pretty satisfying.
But here’s where I could use some advice. When things feel this solid, it’s easy to start wondering, “What’s next?” How do I keep pushing myself and making progress without overthinking or trying to fix things that aren’t broken?
If you’ve ever felt like you were at a plateau—or even just had a period where everything felt too easy—I’d love to hear how you approached it. Any advice or tips would be really helpful!
Thanks in advance!
