8.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

16.4 No Waiver: The failure of The Trumpet Forum to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
